Similarly, Dan’s experience in the succession planning area has resulted in him advising business owners to develop plans to transition ownership of their companies to third parties through stock sales,asset sales and stock exchanges.

Dan has also worked extensively with professionals in the insurance industry throughout his career which has led to his work with life insurance settlements  including the sale of life insurance policies by individual policy owners to third parties.

He enjoys his free time assisting the communities he loves. Some of his favorite areas of service have been working with several non-profit and governmental boards including the City of Farmington Planning Commission; Suttons Bay-Bingham Twp. Fire Board Authority; Chairman of the Farmington-Farmington Hills Chamber of Commerce and The Farmington Family YMCA.
